Our service starts with an

Once the decision for one or more objects has been made, an
INSPECTION
of the properties will be arranged with our real estate broker. If possible, our team is also available on weekends.
As soon as the dream home has been found, the
PURCHASE or LEASE OFFER
will be the next step. The purchase or lease offer is a so-called "preliminary agreement" in which you commit to the purchase/rental of the respective real property if the vendor/landlord agrees to counter-sign the offer. After the purchase or lease offer has been accepted (signed by the vendor or landlord), the purchase or lease offer will be forwarded to the appointed notary to compile a
CONTRACT DRAFT.
Our real estate brokers will carefully review this contract draft for you and amend it to suit your requests. Once all modifications have been implemented and both the buyer and vendor are happy, the
CONCLUSION of the CONTRACT
follows, during which the notary as well as our real estate brokers will be present on your behalf. Several days after the contract has been signed, the
TRANSFER of the REAL PROPERTY
will be carried out after which time you will be the official owner of the DREAM HOME.
